Smoked Salmon Rillette

This recipe is not only the perfect way to make use of strips of leftover smoked salmon, but also makes an ideal appetizer or canape before a celebration meal. The combination of the smoky salmon with sour cream, tangy capers, a small amount of heat and citrus is perfect with crackers, potato chips or crostini.
