This is a wonderful hot, sour zesty dip that is perfect to serve with appetizers or with entrees. The cilantro leaf is optional, for those who don’t like the taste.

Ingredients

1 Large Bunches of fresh cilantro (Include Stalks and Leaves)

1 Large Bunches of fresh mint (Leaves Removed From Stalks)

1 Green Chilies (De-Seeded)

2 Limes (Juice and Zest)

4 Cloves Garlic

2 Inches Fresh Ginger

2 Cups Yogurt (Low Fat is Fine)

¼ Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp Sugar
