Mango Lassi
Mango lassi is the perfect accompaniment to anything that is cooked on the grill. Traditionally, it is just made with fruit, ice and a little yogurt, and maybe, some mint.
Mango Lassi Recipe
(Serves 1)
Ingredients

1/2 cup pureed or frozen mango
-
1 oz whole milk yoghurt

1 oz milk or coconut milk
-
1 tsp simple syrup or 1 tsp sugar (leave out if mango is very ripe & sweet)

1/2 cup ice cubes

Mint (for garnish)

Grated nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions

Put pureed or frozen mango, yoghurt, milk (or coconut milk), simple syrup or sugar (optional, if mango is very sweet) and ice in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a glass and garnish with a leaf of mint and grated nutmeg.
