Almond Flour Biscuit

After much experimentation, I found this balance of ingredients for Almond Flour Biscuits gives the best results. They are perfect for both sweet and savory uses.

Almond Flour Biscuit Recipe



  • ​2 Cups Almond Flour

  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 5 Tablespoons Butter (melted)

  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • Grated Cheese or Chopped Cooked Bacon or Chives (Optional)


  1. ​Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 

  2. Add beaten eggs.

  3. Add melted butter.

  4. Optional step: add grated cheese or chopped cooked bacon or chives.

  5. Combine well.

  6. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

  7. Scoop biscuits onto tray.

  8. Cook at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until golden.
