Mint, Cilantro, Chili & Garlic Dip

This is a wonderful hot, sour zesty dip that is perfect to serve with appetizers or with entrees. The cilantro leaf is optional, for those who don’t like the taste.

Mint, Cilantro, Chili & Garlic Dip Recipe



  • 2 x Large Bunches of fresh cilantro (stalks and leaves)

  • 2 x Large Bunches of fresh mint (leaves removed from stalks)

  • 5 x Green Chilies

  • 2 x Limes (Juice and Zest)

  • 4 Cloves Garlic

  • 2 Inches Fresh Ginger

  • 5 Tbs Yogurt (Low Fat is Fine)

  • ¼ Tsp Salt

  • ¼ Tsp Sugar
